They come from nations all over the world and are always available to help us to make this camp absolutely great !

Are you a GUEST or HELPER ? Nice to meet you ! To register, you must contact the national team of your country.

For everyone (staff included), the price of the camp is 390€ incl. tax per person for the week. It includes accommodation, catering, intra-Belgium transport (during camp) and access to activities.

Guest and Helper registrations will open in March 2023. We encourage you to follow the social media page(s) of your country to be kept informed !

International Staff

Thank you for your interest in the Order of Malta International Summer Camp 2023 !

Your role : As international staff, you will help  the Belgian organisers before, during and/or after camp to welcome and support the national teams !

Important: 

Please find below the list of documents you will need to register for the ISC 2023. We recommend that you check this list before starting the registration process as you will not be able to save the form and finish it at a later time.

PLEASE NOTE : This registration will be final only after validation by the Belgian organisers. If you have been accepted as a member of staff, you will receive an email no later than 31st of March, 2023,

Should you be accepted as international staff, you are expected to be present on location from the 10th of August 2023 to the 20th of August 2023.

 

For everyone (staff included), the price of the camp is 390€ incl. tax per person for the week (including days before and after camp). It includes accommodation, catering, intra-Belgium transport (during camp) and access to activities.

You will be asked for the payment (via bank transfer) only after validation of your registration by the Belgium organisers. This is only an application for staff.
